Although some items in the field of Beatle collecting are physically more rare in numbers than others,
there is the aspect of how desirable one thing may be over another.
Take the infamous butcher cover for example, compaired against the “Beatles vs the Four Seasons”
LP on VJ. The later is much harder to find in any decent condition yet the butcher cover is so well known
throughout the world, that even though it is only a U.S. pressing, the butcher cover is highly sought after
and commands a substantial premium over a like condition “Four Seasons” LP.
This is important to keep in mind if you’re purchasing Beatle goods as an investment.
