Even though there are no known counterfeits at this time, as in any field, such as antique furniture
collecting, counterfeits have been and will  be produced in our world of Beatle collecting.

      There are many unscrupulous characters in the world who would like to separate you from your hard
earned money. Once a field has shown promise of big returns, an opportunist will try to cash-in on it.

      Inspect your items closely and under bright light. Don’t rush into something or be “talked into”
buying a great item for a “great price”. If something looks TOO new or perfect, be suspicious.

      It should be pointed out that there still are occasional “warehouse finds” of legitimate vintage 1960’s
Beatle items and some things can be bought that are in outstanding, like new condition.

      The best a collector can do is become educated and buy from reputable dealers or those who offer a
return policy.
